Located in the very heart of Gstaad, The Mansard is the village’s newest little gem – featuring elegant rooms, refined dining, and Gstaad’s only rooftop bar with breathtaking views.

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences? Do you thrive in a welcoming and elegant hotel environment? For this Wintersaeson 2025/2026 from 01.12.25 until 31.03.2026 we are looking for a dedicated Commis de Rang to join our team in Gstaad, ensuring a warm, professional, and efficient service for our valued guests.

TASKS:

• Independent management of a post
• Personal responsibility
• Professional advice and care of our guests
• Professional serving of food and beverages
• Ensuring smooth work processes at your own station, in compliance with our quality standards
• Provision of the required mise en place
• Supporting the restaurant management in the accomplishment of daily tasks

YOU OFFER:

• Completed vocational training and an interest in gaining valuable practical experience.
• You work cleanly, efficiently and creatively and also value a well-groomed appearance.
• You are flexible and motivated to learn new things.
• You have a broad knowledge of our regional products, producers and menus in order to be able to advise guests in the best possible way
